REIG is a privately owned real estate and asset management business.

We have interests in the commercial and residential property sectors. We acquire development, opportunistic and value-add investment opportunities which require our specialist expertise to unlock underlying value.

Our portfolio is diversified across a number of different sectors and asset classes. By utilising our experience and hands-on asset management capability we ensure we maximise value creation. Many years of experience and attractive returns make us a specialist at investing.

• We target top UK cities with strong investment fundamentals. Our bread and butter is income deals, which provide liquidity and capital appreciation in the mid to long term, as well as development deals in key cities.
• All acquisitions are made from existing cash resources. REIG is able to transact on the basis that contracts are exchanged within 7 days. One of our greatest strengths is our ability to move quickly by recognising value and being able to perform on agreed transactions – a result of our comprehensive market expertise and ready access to capital.
• REIG’s investment strategy is to maximise returns on equity invested through the origination, acquisition, financing, active management and disposal of UK based real estate. We are both geographically and sector diverse in our approach, investing across the UK and in all sectors, assessing every potential investment opportunity on its own merits.
• Our team has a very broad network of established contacts throughout the Traditional and Alternative real estate asset classes, as well as the banking, advisory and finance sectors and through these contacts it looks to source a diverse range of investment opportunities.
• ​Our preferred deal size can range from £1.0m up to £30.0m (enterprise value or asset value), although we will consider smaller deals where we are supporting a growth platform and/or an asset is a bolt on to an existing investment. We will also consider larger deals on the basis that we have a substantial pool of potential co-investors or JV partners that we could call on to invest alongside us.
